Home Education

Welcome to our thriving home education community — a diverse group of wonderful individuals learning and growing through food. At Worship Worth Experiences, we break down the walls of traditional classrooms and bring learning to life through outdoor experiences and hands-on cooking.

Whether your child is just starting out or preparing for exams, our sessions combine theory and practical learning to explore everything from basic baking to nutrition, wellbeing, and future food careers.

I think it’s a lovely way for home ed teens/parents to plug into an existing HE network, using a focused activity to help overcome anxiety/nerves. Also huge confidence boost in preparing food (for teen).

You were my second planned lesson when I was preparing to take Theo out of school and knowing that this was in place helped with the anxiety around having to sort everything out for him. He has thrived and grown so much so that he has begun to do dinner every Thursday from deciding what he wants, finding a recipe, shopping and cooking it. This would have not been possible at 12 if he’d not gained the confidence though your lessons.

The one to one sessions my daughter had with Alison were brilliant.  Alison took the time to find out what my daughter needed from the sessions and all the details of her curriculum and up and coming exams.  The sessions were thoughtful, well planned and with excellent resources which Alison was happy to share. Sophie and I couldn’t think of any way you could improve!  Will be in touch after Sophie’s exams to let you know how she got on and plans for future sessions.

Molly enjoys one to one cooking lessons because they provide the level of support she needs to complete recipes. These lessons also align with her sensory regulation needs, offering fewer distractions and a calm, focused environment .  Additionally the presence of a friendly and supportive teacher helps her feel more comfortable and confident while learning.
